Our client, a leading manufacturer and exporter of Italian furniture located in Vaughan, is seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual with prior receptionist experience. The ideal candidate must have the ability to multitask, organize, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Greet and appropriately assist all patrons that enter the business
  • Perform data entry and basic AP/AR duties
  • Communicate all caller needs in a timely manner
  • Assist walk-in customers and direct them to the appropriate person
  • Direct calls accurately and professionally
  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed


  • At least one year of experience in a reception or customer service role required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a pleasant phone demeanour
  • A strong work ethic, positive attitude, efficient manner, and very dependable
  • Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and other MS Office programs
  • Ability to speak Italian is an asset
  • Ability to type 40+ WPM

  Job Type: Full-time Salary: 36K to 40K Job Location: Toronto, ON HOURS: Monday – Friday; 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
